My butterfly bush get\\\'s huge every year with loads of blossoms and butterflys. I trim it back the same way every year and normally it comes out in the spring. this year it hasn\\\'t done a thing. It still looks quite dead. shouldn\\\'t it be leafing out by now? thanks, j
